At LightFixturesUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for uninstalled fixtures in their original packaging. Please ensure all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in the box.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the fixture in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent glass breakage or finish damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed and credited back to you within 5-7 business days.
